The Sceptre

The Sceptre is the tallest building in The Divided City of Kastkardia, home to the Supreme Lord Chancellor and The High Council, who are responsible for governing the Realm. Located in the very centre of the city, The Sceptre stands well above all of the other buildings, reaching far into the sky.

At the top of the building rests a large glass sphere, held aloft by a series of bridges, which houses the council chambers. The rest of the building contains other important meeting rooms, as well as residential spaces for high-ranking members of the city's legislative body and government.
